"Well, you went into the ugly details under the Serenity Stables complaint below, so we'll elaborate exactly what happened. Your "X" was the rightful, legal owner of the POLICY that was cancelled. He has every right to cancel a policy in his name only. We recognized that the family was going through a nasty separation/divorce and you were contacted immediately that a new policy would need to be written. We actually tried to get your "X" to sign over all rights to the policy and simply transfer the policy directly to you. He refused, and you were again contacted immediately. So, we actually attempted to complete a simple ownership transfer directly to YOU and avoid the process of you re-writing another policy. It's a shame when two grown adults can't get along and make things much more difficult than it has to be. Makes it even more difficult when people think we chose one side over the other. WE DON'T choose sides, we try to legally protect all parties involved and do the best we can when given difficult marital situations. What's funny is you updated a former 5-star review written June 2022 which was full of compliments about how professional we'd been for the past 10 years. Somehow all that changed when the dynamics of your home changed. Nothing has changed about our office, and we'll let our 25 years in business stand on their own merits. "

"We DO NOT have a business relationship with "Serenity Stables" so shame on you for writing up two separate complaints under the name of Allison Allison. Yes, it's unfortunate when families go through break-ups/divorce because we're dragged into the middle of the family mess. The policy in question was cancelled by the "rightful owner of the policy" on the account. You were contacted immediately by our office that the policy was being cancelled by the rightful owner of the policy, and a new policy would have to be written since your spouse refused to sign a release of credits and transfer the policy directly to you. You were sent a new U&W form by email to complete and return to complete that new application. "
