"I've been a long-time customer of State Farm's and have never had any issues, as far as service is concerned, until I moved to this agent's office. Rates skyrocketed with SF (which I understand is not their fault), but I was never notified of the change in price. They denied us for home insurance when we purchased our home, so I found coverage elsewhere. They then reassessed (without my knowledge) and decided to go ahead and cover us WITHOUT TELLING ME, and this was after we had already found another insurance company for our home. I did not know that they had decided to cover us until I looked at the app and saw the bill. The cancellation of this home insurance (that I did NOT approve) resulted in me having to pay extra. Even though it was not my fault. I recently switched providers, added an extra vehicle, and our bill went down $150 a month. When I called to cancel, I was assured that I was good to go. I thought I'd finally washed my hands of this office until I was charged the payment anyway a day later. Called to figure out what happened and the ball was dropped by their office yet again. Now I have to wait for a check that could take up to two weeks, possibly longer. This is not the first time that they have dropped the ball and left me to deal with the consequences of their poor communication and service. I would not recommend dealing with State Farm or this office."
